Return Policy Overview
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it

In its original packaging

Linked to a valid order record or order confirmation email

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for any tanning or skincare products that have been opened, used, or unsealed after delivery.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used skincare or tanning products

  • Personal care items

  • Sale items or gift cards

We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the product you want is to return your eligible item first. Once the return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the replacement item.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
This right does not apply to products that have been unsealed or used after delivery, due to hygiene reasons.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

2. Damages & Issues

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


4. Refunds
